Sandvik… unbeatable equipment…

We were proud to help launch the Sandvik UI310+ wheeled impactor as part of the Mobile offering of crushers and screens at Conexpo 2017. Targeted specifically at the US market, it has been designed for simplicity of operation, combined with a low cost per ton operation and reliability. The electrically driven UI310+ will open up new opportunities into the US aggregates industries.

Also revealed was the Sandvik QE441 Free Flow which is a new variant of our heavy duty QE441 mobile scalper with a two deck 18’x 6′ / 5.4 x 1.75m Free Flow screen. This features a rigid scalping top deck and a dual motion lower screen deck for processing high specification and/or difficult to screen materials.

Sandvik introduced world leading crushing technologie yet again with the QS331HS Cone Crusher, capable of accepting large feed sizes yet achieving high production!

Of course on show also.. Sandvik’s QJ341+, in addition to the pre-screen, Sandvik have added a number of features for improved efficiency, safety and increased productivity. These include a telescopic natural fines conveyor for greater stockpiling capabilities and a self locking hopper for quick and safe set-up from ground level.

The Sandvik Pantera 1100 drill rig impressed with it’s clever drilling parameter set up, an advanced ROPS/FOPS certified safety cabin, excellent visibility and step by step trouble shooting instructions which make drilling a pleasure.

Conexpo visitors could not get enough of the EDGE MC1400 material classifier which provides operators with the ability to extract impurities from highly contaminated material in just one pass. Utilizing controlled air flow as a separation medium, the MC1400 is the ideal solution for the cleaning of compost and biomass fractions with its ability to separate heavy fractions from lights.

Edge also featured the TRT622 trommel with enhanced screening results. These are achieved by material spending a greater amount of time in the 6.9m (22’) long drum combined with the optional high-throw aggressive screening action to produce top-quality fine materials such as compost, gravel, sand and topsoil with ease.
