Inside Sales Representative

SUMMARY:

Crusher Works provides solutions for virtually any construction industry application encompassing such diverse businesses as surface rock quarrying, excavation, demolition, road building, recycling and civil engineering. The range of products includes rock tools, drilling rigs, breakers, bulk-materials handling, shredders, grinders and crushing and screening machinery. Primary duties for our parts department are order entry, inventory management, customer service, and sales/technical support.

COMPANY REPRESENTATION:

An inside sales rep interacts with all customers throughout the footprint of Crusher Works on a daily basis, either via phone, e-mail, or in person. As a member of the parts department, you are the face of Crusher Works for all our local customers. Great customer service is a top priority for the company, and it is the responsibility of every employee to build and maintain customer relationships.

Service Technician

LOCATION: 

Atlanta, GA

POSITION SUMMARY:

Crusher Works provides solutions for virtually any construction industry application encompassing such diverse businesses as surface rock
quarrying, excavation, demolition, road building, recycling and civil engineering. The range of products includes rock tools, drilling rigs,
breakers, bulk-materials handling, shredders, grinders and crushing and screening machinery. Primary duties do include light to heavy
maintenance & repairs, primarily focused on (but not limited to) machine set up, screen changes, engine services, troubleshooting, etc…

QULAIFICATIONS:

  • Driver license required (CDL is helpful).

EXPERIENCE:

  • Two year technical degree in a mechanical discipline (preferred, but not required).
  • Training in key aspects of technical trades.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of customers’ industries preferred.
  • Troubleshooting electrical & mechanical systems/controls.
  • Customer service skills are essential.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting, testing, and completing preventive maintenance.
  • Maintains equipment functional condition by listening to operator concerns, conducting inspections, repairing mechanical, hydraulic
    and electrical systems, replacing any/all parts & components, and repairing body damage.
  • Verifies equipment serviceability by conducting tests and making adjustments.
  • Maintains equipment records by recording service and repairs.
  • Keeps shop equipment operational by following operating instructions, troubleshooting problems, maintaining shop/truck supplies,
    performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs when necessary.
  • Contains costs by evaluating service & parts options and utilizing approved warranty procedures.
  • Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
  • Provides technical training to the customers on proper operation, maintenance and troubleshooting practices.
  • Provides assistance in compiling accurate data to process warranty claims and engineering machine improvements.
  •  Investigates warranty claims proactively and reactively to enhance customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the respective
    manufacturer.
  • Performs equipment demonstrations in a safe manner.
  • Provides on-site technical assistance to resolve issues.
  • Develops customer relationships to ensure customers have a positive experience and remain loyal to Crusher Works brands.
  • Complies with Crusher Works safety policies and applicable government, customer, or industry regulations & requirements.
  • Identifies and reports any unsafe work habits.
  • Proactively ensures community involvement within the area of responsibility.
  • Continually strive to reduce company operating costs by eliminating waste.
