Sandvik have announced further details on their new aftermarket offering, the OPTITOOTH Jaw Plates.
Designed to help customers achieve optimum performance from their crushing chamber, the new profile allows for a higher percentage of jaw to be worn which results in longer wear life and less manganese waste.
The improved tooth profile also allows for better breakage and improved material flow. This results in more cubical products and a higher quality product shape.
Results have already shown:
- Up to 30% increased wear
- Up to 20% increased production
- Up to 15% less fuel consumption
Suitable for hard rock quarry and recycling applications, they are manufactured from Sandvik’s unique M2 18 % Manganese grade.
The new Optitooth jaw plates will be fitted to all QJ341 & QJ241 models from September 1st 2017.
